I arrived 10 minutes before happy hour was ending but they let me know I could still order and they would get my server quickly so I could still get happy hour prices. I wouldn’t have known there was a happy hour if they hadn’t told me. I’m in Bako for work and was craving sushi. The food was delicious and I was happy with the entire experience.

Everything about my experience here was fantastic. The presentation of the food was beautiful and showed real attention to detail. I was especially impressed with the fresh seaweed salad. It arrived in a nice black bowl and was garnished with bright, crunchy carrots. The sushi was equally high quality and tasted perfectly fresh. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Jin sushi.. your food and waited service, has absolutely hit it out of the box. BUT please read the whole review.. We shared the garlic edamame 5 /5 stars which was my absolute favorite and the best edamame I had ever tasted whatever seasonings with the generous amount of garlic was just heavenly. If you like edamame you should love this one you won't be disappointed. I could literally have a bowl of this and a couple of Stella Artois for dinner and have the best night ever. We also shared the bulgogi bento box 5 /5 stars as well as two rolls,one being the lobster roll 5 /5 stars other one being a spicy flaming roll5 /5 stars which of course I forgot the name of but either way the ingredients were very fresh the roles were both full of ingredients and everything in the Bento Box, the fried rice the salad & the Bulgogi was tender, all were all tasty and reminiscent of a another restaurant in Bakersfield that is usually my Bento Box go-to. JIn Sushi could absolutely be my most favorite sushi place in Bakersfield if they fix a couple of little things It's only two problems I had with this place one was the seating issue 3/5 star, that they themselves created when we first walked i

Dthe atmosphere and service was quite amazing. Servers were stoic but very polite. Our food order of 4 plates came out at a fairly decent time and were absolutely delicious. We came in just at the ending of the lunch special and going into happy hour so the crowd was nice and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone during their lunch special hours or happy hours. And as a reminder, please tip your waiters/waitresses. They did a fantastic job and consistently checked up on us.

Jin Sushi 🍣 did a Remarkable Job with the Out Door Dining and Have one of the Best Happy Hour Menus Hands Down in Bako a $4/$5/$6 menu to chose from as me and my companion started with the Seaweed salad 🥗 $4 the portion was Good but was a bit over Marinated for my taste and didn't have that Crunch of a bite that I prefer.My Companion didn't mind to my surprise as she is a Picky Eater! Then we order the Spicey Crab/ Shrimp Rolls Each. Very Good and fresh and for 4 bucks was a Steal followed up with the Salmon Tempura Roll,Tuna Roll and what was my Favorite "The Monkey Brains" which to my Dismay of the Name was Stuffed Tempura Mushrooms with Shimp! 5 stars on this plate! Presentation was Beautiful and inviting also decided to try the Pineapple 🍍 sake. Good if you have never had Sake and Easy on the Pallet. Again only 6 bucks and enough for 2 to enjoy. We Sat out in the New Patio as of Covid which felt like we were in LA or a Coastal feel to it.Very Nice.
